First Data Independent Sales customers have the opportunity to join the First Data Independent Sales Merchant Club, which offers benefits including free point-of-sale supplies and extended warranties on equipment. In addition, all merchants have access to the POS Help Desk, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help troubleshoot equipment and connection issues.
